Making Girly Clothes

I think I have made it pretty obvious that having a little girl has been so fun for me.
I was super excited to find out we were going to have a girl.
Before she was born, I spent a lot of time to make her skirts, onesies, bows, etc.
That desire to make her things has only intensified since she arrived.
Here are some of the things that I have been working on lately.

A pink chevron dress.
This one is a little big for her now, but I can't wait until it fits her better!

Navy dot, ruffle shirt and pants.
I love ruffles on the bottom of pants.
I pretty much just love ruffles.

Yes, I am aware that the bow is actually bigger than her head. Haha.
I made this bow thinking she could wear it when she got older,
but clearly it matches the outfit way too perfectly! :)

I made my first "pillowcase" dress.
(I used fabric instead of a pillowcase.)

A onesie dress.
I made another onesie dress before she was born, but she already grew out of it.

This grey and yellow shirt is my favorite.

I loved the style of that shirt so much, I made another one.
I made this one bigger and longer.

I also made pants that would match both grey and yellow outfits.

I made it a little big, because she grows so stinking fast.

And the amount of bows I feel that I have to make is crazy.

Nap time is pretty much my sewing time.
It takes me a lot longer to finish things than it used to, but it's fun having projects.

It's also a major plus that I have such a cute little girl to model all her new outfits!
I am one lucky mom :)
