Pink Dots

So I learned to sew when I was pretty young, and I have been sewing ever since.
I had my own little kid sewing machine, and a friend and I would sew purses and beanie babies all day. Now that I'm all growed up, I mostly go through phases with things I make, but now I am back in the sewing phase.
I made these house shoes the other day out of material left over from a blanket I made my friend a while back.
It was a simple little pattern that didn't really take too long.
You can get the pattern here: cute shoes
But I love them and I wear them around the house constantly.

Between sewing and painting I have pretty much taken over the kitchen table.
Which I am sure Ben appreciates. I don't work on this stuff everyday so it just sits there all messy until I work on it. It's just become part of the house.
I need to turn our other room into a craft room, and we can just keep the door shut when I'm not working on anything. Yikes....

(why the heck am I showing everyone my mess?!)

Wow, I want those shoes! Look how crafty you are. I don't have a sewing area either, so our kitchen table looks exactly like yours when I am in the middle of a project. (Which doesn't happen as often as it should.)
